Mat Classes
Come join in one of the many mat classes I teach at Indigo Wellness Center and Indigo Downtown. Mat classes are a great and affordable way to add Pilates to your health routine. All classes are multi-level. The wonderful thing about Pilates mat classes is that there is a modification for each move, therefore classes are great for any level participant. Classes can be purchased at the drop in rate of $12 or $10 for seniors and students. Also available is a 10 class punchcard for $100. Membership options with Indigo are now available!
