Sarah Hillman is dedicated to enhancing your body's vitality. This gentle six week exercise program will help you strengthen affected muscles allowing you to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery and rebuild core strength. Sessions are one-on-one, an hour long, offered once a week. Sessions will be taught using both mat work and Pilates equipment. In most cases you may start program 4-6 weeks post op. Course includes Pink Ribbon exercise manual, $155.

Vicki McLean is a licensed massage thereapist and certified medical massage practitioner who specializes in injuries, accidents and massage for people living with cancer. Massage can reduce pain and increase soft tissue health and flexibility for breast cancer survivors. Services are charged at the rate of $60 per hour if services are paid at time of service.
